Intensive outpatient co-occurring Substance Use Disorder treament
MHR provides person-centered outpatient co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment for adults.
Our program is focused on helping people struggling with substance use and mental health concerns achieve their individual recovery goals. This may include decreasing their substance use and the negative consequences related to their use, or it may include a desire to achieve abstinence from substance use.
We strive to meet people ''where they are" in terms of their needs and personal goals. We embrace the full range of harm-reducing goals including, but not limited to, abstinence. We see small incremental positive changes as steps in the right direction. Although many individuals desire abstinence as their recovery goal, not everyone does. We believe in helping people take steps toward reducing their substance use and the negative effects of substances in their lives.
Our program is designed for people to be able to receive help with both substance use and mental health concerns. However, a mental illness is not required to be eligible for services. We employee both licensed alcohol and drug counselors and mental health professionals to meet the needs of people receiving services.
